12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, and ensure all employees are following them as well.
13. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between departments.
14. Handle and resolve employee and customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
15. Assist with conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to deli employees to support their growth and development.
