1. Oversee daily operations of the bakery department, including managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
2. Assist Bakery Manager in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of the bakery department.
3. Ensure high-quality standards are met for all bakery products, including taste, appearance, and freshness.

8. Monitor and manage bakery department expenses, including labor and cost of goods, to meet budget goals.
9. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in the bakery department, implementing new ideas and processes to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
11. Collaborate with other department managers to support overall store goals and objectives.
12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in baking, and share knowledge and expertise with the bakery team.
13. Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating bakery team members to maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
14. Adhere to company standards for quality, customer service, and productivity, and ensure all team members do the same.
15. Represent the company and the bakery department in a positive and professional manner at all times.
