  1. Greet and welcome customers to Sprouts Farmers Market, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Act as a liaison between customers and the store, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
  4. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for store managers and team members.
  5. Manage and maintain records, files, and databases accurately and confidentially.
  6. Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies.
  7. Create and distribute internal communications, such as memos and bulletins.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  9. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  10. Conduct data entry and analysis to assist in decision-making and planning.
  11. Train and mentor new administrative staff, as needed.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
