We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Success Manager (Marketing) to join our Sprinklr team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of our Marketing product suite by developing customer relationships, providing product education, and managing customer feedback. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Marketing industry, a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working with the Product Success team, you’ll help our customers maximize the value of our products and ensure they have a positive experience.
