
HRIS Analyst- Workday
Play key role in global Workday HCM implementation and ongoing design, support and maintenance. Assist in ongoing redesign and improvement of Culture &Talent Operations and HRIS processes in promoting operational excellence. Active role in planning and executing integration, regression and UAT testing. Serve as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas in Workday, such as Core C&T, Benefits, Talent, Advanced Compensation, etc., Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities. Configure, test and implement Business Process and security changes in Workday. Support integrations to global/local payroll systems and other systems.
3+ years’ work experience with Workday and other implementations
Integration experience across various systems/teams preferred
Configuration and System security expertice
Experience with, and thorough understanding of, multiple HR cloud-based systems
