
Helpdesk Analyst
We’re looking for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join our Sprinklr team! Our ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to customer service excellence. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience supporting helpdesk operations and will be expected to provide technical assistance to our internal and external customers. The Helpdesk Analyst will need to be knowledgeable in a variety of software and hardware related products and services, and will be expected to provide solutions to technical issues in a timely manner.The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will have a strong customer service orientation. They should also have the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and possess a solid understanding of service desk processes and procedures.If you have the necessary qualifications and experience and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, then we’d love to hear from you!
