Job Description

Develop, maintain and support a single entry point for end users to request and attain desktop software. Review desktop software requests, ensuring valid business drivers are captured and application functionality is not currently available with current offerings. Provide approval decisions on all desktop software requests. Coordinate desktop software requests with the appropriate resources and or processes. Identify and execute on opportunities to streamline and/or expand standard application offerings. Provide end users superior customer service for desktop software installations in leu of granting administration rights. Collect, analyze and communicate appropriate metrics that assess the health of the desktop software request process. Ensure software licenses are issued and tracked appropriately.

Job Qualifications

2-5 years of End User Technology related experience
Ability to learn and apply modern technologies, skills and concepts
Ability to simplify complex technical subjects in a way that can be easily understood by non-technical audiences
