Job Description

Supervise union and non-union employees. Ensure productivity, quality and safety of the Billing Services employees. Ensure compliance with departmental, regulatory and accounting procedures. Ensure Gas Transportation projects are initiated, tested, and implemented properly (utilizing Gas Transportation, BIA and TO resources). Monitor and improve Gas Transportation. Metrics/Processes. Billing Investigations. Meter Exchanges. Delayed Bills. Check Read Requests. Identify billing system issues and lead issue resolution Implementing processes and procedures to ensure adequate and timely billing of Gas Transportation customers. Manage day-to-day workload and completion. Develop contingency plans for staffing shortages and other business challenges.

Job Qualifications

CC&B System Knowledge preferred
5-7 years work-related experience
Previous experience supervising in a union environment
Prior supervisory experience
Master’s Degree a Plus
