  1. Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud.
  2. Design, develop, and implement applications to support sales and marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications.
  4. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues and suggest improvements.
  5. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
  6. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud and make recommendations for their implementation.
  9. Participate in project planning and implementation, including testing and training.
  10. Ensure data integrity and security of applications.
  11. Train and support end-users in utilizing the applications effectively.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues.
  13. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using technology.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in utilizing Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud.
  15. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As An Application Analyst, Preferably With Oracle Sales And Marketing Cloud.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Oracle Sales And Marketing Cloud Modules And Functionality.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Pl/Sql, With The Ability To Write Complex Queries And Troubleshoot Data Issues.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
