  1. Analyze and configure the Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud platform to meet the business needs of the sales and marketing teams.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot the Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud platform to ensure its smooth functioning.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  5. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  6. Provide ongoing user support and training to ensure effective utilization of the Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud platform.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of the Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud platform and recommend ways to incorporate them into the business processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management to provide updates, recommendations, and status reports on the Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud platform.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to the Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud platform.
  10. Drive innovation by suggesting new ideas and solutions to optimize business processes using the Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud platform.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Oracle Sales And Marketing Cloud: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Knowledge And Experience In Using Oracle Sales And Marketing Cloud, Including Its Various Modules And Functionalities.

  • Experience In Crm Implementation: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Crm Systems, With A Focus On Oracle Sales And Marketing Cloud.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of An Application Analyst Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Business Processes And Translate Them Into System Requirements. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams To Gather Requirements And Deliver Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Sales And Marketing Processes: A Deep Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Processes Is Crucial For This Role To Effectively Support And Optimize The Oracle Sales And Marketing Cloud System. Experience In The Energy Or Utility Industry Is A Plus.
