Conduct thorough analyses of data and information related to energy demand and capacity planning, using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate forecasts of energy demand and capacity needs.
Monitor and assess market trends and regulations related to energy demand and capacity planning, and make recommendations for adjustments to strategies and plans.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and regulatory teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Utilize modeling and simulation software to evaluate the impact of potential capacity planning scenarios.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of capacity planning processes.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership on capacity planning strategies, findings, and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in capacity planning, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to capacity planning.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on capacity planning principles and processes.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In A Capacity Planning Or Operations Analysis Role.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Forecasting Methodologies.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Utility Industry And Regulatory Environment Preferred.
