Transport Network Senior Specialist

Povide Tier 3 technical support to the Telecommunications Control Center, Field Personnel and ECS Clients for ECS network technical issues, with the ability to facilitate knowledge sharing among the team. Performing in-depth analysis of telecommunications issues and developing solutions to complex problems. Use element management systems to monitor the real time operation of the network and responding appropriately to alarms, alerts and other informational messages. Apply periodic system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to network elements and the element management system to improve performance and correct anomalies. Collect and report daily performance data from the network in order to recognize performance trends and respond accordingly. Provide consultation to ECS organizations, SCE Shared Partners, and clients on the subject of telecommunications, network engineering and operations; providing technical engineering and architectural assistance to internal and external teams.
