Manager - FAN Operations

Establish operations structure and processes to maintain required Field Area Network availability and performance. Oversee monitoring, dispatch, resolution, and escalation for network incidents. Integrate Field Area Network into existing problem management processes to establish root cause analysis and predictive / preventative maintenance. Create and manage equipment spare strategy including Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and material management requirements. Create and manage service contracts for specialized services including Tier 1 maintenance performed on vertical structures such as towers, buildings, and monopoles. Create and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients and create corresponding agreements with supporting vendors to ensure performance delivery. Run required Field Area Network environments including lab, test, QA, and production. Estimate and manage annual operations budget supporting SCE operational team and service providers.
