Job Description

Supports year-round campus recruitment plan and strategy with the Senior Recruiting Business Partner. Coordinates campus strategies with partnerships from talent scouts, Senior Recruiting Partner, operations managers and TABPs. Coordinates campus processes, off campus events and onsite event planning including candidate engagement (pre, during and post offers) and interview rounds. Organizes and distributes Sonoco gifts and products to incoming Interns and Emerging Leaders. Manages activities for summer interns including onsite and/or virtual events. Consultant to the business and RBPs, sets clear expectations regarding the recruitment process and benchmarking data. Provides training to all talent scouts for career fair readiness including Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Plant Managers and Senior Leadership (virtual and onsite career events). Reviews, evaluates, and screens candidates from Workday (Applicant Tracking Systems). Turns reviewed candidates over to TABPs for further recruitment process.

Job Qualifications

  • 2 + years’ experience supporting university relations programs for a large corporate company preferred.

  • Able to multi-task and manage large projects, with quick follow-up and high sense of urgency.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship marketing systems.

  • Able to develop and initiate recruitment strategy plans.

Compensation
