Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of payroll, including calculating and processing timesheets, salary payments, and deductions.
2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations by staying up-to-date on changing payroll regulations.
3. Oversee the maintenance of employee records and payroll information, including salary changes, employee benefits, and deductions.
4. Audit, analyze, and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
5. Generate payroll reports and statements for management review and decision-making.
6. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll information and resolve issues.
7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing.
8. Work with other departments to ensure payroll processing is timely and accurate.
9. Prepare and file payroll tax returns and other related documents.
10. Perform any other related duties as assigned.
