Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

To ensure we continue to do so, we are looking for a Manager of Enterprise Risk Management to join our team in the Global Risk & Insurance Department. The ideal candidate for this role should have an in-depth understanding of risk management policies and procedures, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. They should also be a strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure all risks are managed properly.The Manager of Enterprise Risk Management is a key role in the Global Risk & Insurance Department and will be responsible for overseeing all facets of enterprise risk management. The successful candidate will have a passion for identifying and mitigating risk, developing strategies to address potential risks, and providing guidance and direction to ensure the business is adequately prepared for any potential risks. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in risk management, accounting, finance or a related field, and at least 5 years of enterprise risk management experience. They should also have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to ensure the company remains compliant and prepared for potential risks.
2. Identify and mitigate potential risks within the organization.
3. Develop strategies to address potential risks and provide guidance and direction to ensure the business is adequately prepared for any potential risks.
4. Effectively collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure all risks are managed properly.
5. Monitor and analyze risk management trends and best practices, and implement changes as needed.
6. Provide training and guidance to ensure the company’s risk management policies and procedures are followed.
7. Prepare and present reports on risk management activities to internal and external stakeholders.
8. Keep abreast of industry changes and regulatory requirements.
9. Ensure the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
