Inspector/Packer
Follow all safety rules and policies, promote a safe work environment and report any safety violations / incidents immediately to supervision or management. Know the location and operation of emergency stops, cables, guards and resets on the various parts of the line. Know how to properly stop, E-Stop, clear jams, and restart the conveyors, recutter, printer, and finish Machine. Know how to read and understand the Work Order and the ShopVue Screen. Quality Checks: Know how to correctly check a Tube by using the Work Order and/or ShopVue Screen. Responsible for using the correct packaging, labels, and quantity per box or tray. Daily Reports must be accurate and easy to read.
Able to keep the line running while doing visual inspections of the tubes.
Prior experience is a plus but not required
