HR Talent Business Partner

Develops, manages, and executes plans to implement new or updated recruiting strategies at the business unit level. Ensures that diversity and inclusion efforts are a part of every search and integrated into the recruiting strategy. Shares talent gaps in each business unit with talent acquisition leadership throughout the year and includes TA in action planning. Ensures divisions consider internal talent for new opportunities and makes suggestions for sharing talent across business units. Understands the new position's impact on existing positions and advises management of the job evaluation process. Analyzes data provided by center on key jobs/positions and drives conversation in the division succession and organizational structures.Consults with management on business rationale for any proposed changes, develops viable s olutions, prepares change management and communication strategies, implements changes. Leads business unit level talent reviews/succession planning.
