Ethics & Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the organization is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Analyze and evaluate existing and proposed laws, regulations, and policies to identify potential compliance risks.
3. Monitor the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
4. Develop and conduct training programs on topics related to ethics and compliance.
5. Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
6. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders on compliance issues.
7. Maintain and update records of compliance activities.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Prepare and present reports on compliance activities to senior management.
10. Advise senior management on legal and compliance matters.
