Job Description

The Team Leader position will include the direct supervision of a group of CSRs, determined by the Customer Service Manager. Actively pursues and embraces all new technological solutions to CSC issues. This includes serving in test scenarios, offering design and data integrity feedback, and possible solutions. Proactively trains others in customer service techniques, phone skills, customer interaction skills, and order management process/procedure techniques. Order management systems and processes including: Sonobis, CRM, Esker, Sharepoint, Agile and Oracle. Trains new CSRs on all aspects of CSR position. Trains all CSRs on new systems and processes. Regardless of CSR reporting relationships, the Team Leader is the point person for all CSRs for tactical order management questions and issues (is the “on the floor” first line supervisor). Plans for contingencies for CSR absences.

Job Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of direct supervision of others.

  • Packaging experience preferred but not required

  • Manufacturing and Plant Operations experience preferred but not required.

  • A minimum 7-10 years of progressive customer service experience
