
Credit and Collections Analyst
The Credit and Collections Analyst is responsible for setting and managing the credit limits of both potential and current customers per the corporate credit policy. They are also responsible for the daily collection of up to $30 million in accounts receivable within approved terms. The analyst works toward set targets relating to credit risk management and collection of AR. Conduct customer credit analysis & set credit limits for new & existing customers. Proactively contact customers and collect outstanding account receivables in accordance with the collections process & corporate credit policy. Identify & escalate issues with accounts to Team Lead and/or Credit & Collections. Manager when necessary and also be focused on improving processes when possible
