We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about developing and delivering outstanding customer service.The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that customers are provided with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.The successful Service Manager will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. They will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store and ensure customers are provided with the highest level of service.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked with the appropriate merchandise.
- Utilize retail technologies to optimize store performance and improve customer experience.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure staff members are informed and up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
