Job Description

Smart & Final is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about developing and delivering outstanding customer service.The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that customers are provided with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.The successful Service Manager will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. They will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. The ideal candidate should also have an understanding of current retail technologies and a commitment to providing quality customer service.If you are an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the store and ensure customers are provided with the highest level of service.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates.
  3. Implement strategies to achieve customer service excellence.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
  6. Monitor store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Manage and track performance of staff members to ensure they are meeting company standards.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked with the appropriate merchandise.
  9. Utilize retail technologies to optimize store performance and improve customer experience.
  10. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure staff members are informed and up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
