At Smart & Final, we are looking for an experienced Service Manager who will be responsible for ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.The Service Manager will be a strong leader and have the ability to motivate and develop their team in order to reach the highest level of customer service. They will be expected to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely service and that all customer inquiries and requests are handled with professionalism. The Service Manager must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to work with customers and team members in a professional and friendly manner.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager or in a related field and be knowledgeable in all aspects of customer service. They should possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
