You must be highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a knack for problem solving, and a customer-centric attitude. You will be responsible for supervising the customer service team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring quality customer service at all times. Minimum Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field• Proven ability to lead and manage teams• Expertise in customer service operations• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software programs • High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
