Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to join our team at Smart & Final. As the Service Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our exceptional service and customer service standards are achieved and maintained.To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to lead a service team, excellent customer service skills, strong business acumen, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role and 1 year in a retail management role.You will be a passionate and committed leader who is able to motivate and develop service team members to reach their full potential. You should have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to think on your feet. The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead service team to ensure customer service standards are achieved and maintained.
  2. Motivate and develop service team members to reach their full potential.
  3. Possess excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  4. Have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to think on your feet.
  5. Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  6. Provide clear direction and constructive feedback.
  7. Demonstrate strong business acumen.
  8. Ensure all customer complaints and queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  9. Monitor and evaluate service performance to ensure service goals are met.
  10. Manage and monitor the performance of staff to ensure they are meeting goals and objectives.
