We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Service Manager to join Smart & Final’s team of professionals. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. You will also be addressing customer complaints, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage diverse customer needs. You should also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, while remaining organized and detail-oriented. In addition, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in a retail store, preferably in a managerial role. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store efficiency and profitability.
- Identify customer needs and ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and restocking processes.
