Our Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing service-related initiatives throughout our stores. This role requires a versatile individual who has great organizational and communication skills, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail setting. They should also have a proven track record of successful leadership and team-building. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage service-related initiatives in all stores.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service.

  6. Develop customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Train and coach staff in customer service skills.

  10. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
