Job Description

We are looking for a Service Manager at Smart & Final who will bring their excellent customer service skills and passion for leading a team to the table. Our ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, and have a proven track record of successfully managing a team.The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service staff, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers, and providing superior customer service. The Service Manager will also be responsible for monitoring sales, resolving customer concerns, and managing daily operations.The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and proven success in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a desire to lead and mentor a team.
