They should also be able to work independently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in locating products and services they need, in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, responding to requests, and resolving customer issues.
3. Process sales transactions, including payments and returns.
4. Keep the store organized and stocked with merchandise.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
6. Follow store policies and procedures.
7. Assist in the opening and closing of the store.
8. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as new products and services available.
9. Greet customers upon entering the store.
10. Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
