Responsibilities: • Ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service • Greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly and helpful manner • Stock shelves and take inventory of items • Ring up customers accurately and in a timely manner • Ensure the store is clean and organized • Assist with merchandising and display set-up • Process customer returns and exchanges • Maintain knowledge of store policies and procedures • Assist other team members when needed • Participate in team meetings and training sessions • Comply with safety regulations and company policies
