4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
5. Learn and maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
6. Communicate with team members and managers to ensure smooth store operations.
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
9. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store clean-up.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
11. Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on store policies, procedures, and products.
12. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
13. Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
