1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by greeting them with a friendly and welcoming attitude, assisting with product inquiries, and handling any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store by regularly restocking shelves, arranging products in an appealing manner, and ensuring proper pricing and signage.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by engaging in friendly and helpful conversations, providing recommendations and suggestions, and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
4. Continuously monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overages to management in a timely manner.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or other point-of-sale systems.
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience for all customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely manner, including but not limited to receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, and assisting with special promotions or events.
8. Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and stay updated on new products and promotions to better assist customers.
9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, and represent the company in a positive light through interactions with customers and fellow team members.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned by management, such as inventory counts, store resets, and special projects.
