1. Maintain Freshness and Quality: The Produce Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all produce items are fresh and of high quality at all times. This includes checking for any spoiled or damaged products, rotating stock, and properly handling and storing produce items.
2. Customer Service: The primary responsibility of the Produce Associate is to provide exceptional customer service. This includes greeting and assisting customers, answering questions about produce items, and helping customers find specific products.
3. Stocking and Display: The Produce Associate will be responsible for stocking produce items on shelves and maintaining an attractive and organized display. This includes properly arranging and labeling products, as well as restocking items as needed.
4. Inventory Management: The Produce Associate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the inventory of produce items. This includes conducting regular inventory counts, placing orders for new products, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and priced.
5.
