
Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & HR Change Management
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness & HR Change Management to join the Sleep Number team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational change initiatives, developing and implementing organizational effectiveness processes, and managing HR change projects. You will be a key contributor to the success of our organization by designing and executing strategies that support our business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of change management and organizational effectiveness processes, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as a track record of successfully leading complex projects. If you have a passion for driving positive change and a desire to contribute to a company that is making a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field• 5+ years of experience in a Change Management or Organizational Effectiveness role• Proven track record of driving successful change initiatives and organizational effectiveness projects• Ability to build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• High level of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness• Expertise in change management principles and methodologies• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
