The Sleep Number team is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager, Manufacturing & Distribution to join our rapidly growing team. This role requires an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong background in financial management and manufacturing and distribution operations. The successful candidate should possess the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and lead the organization in financial forecasting and planning.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. A CPA or MBA is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem solving skills, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple tasks.
