Field Technician
As a Field Technician at Sleep Number, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing Sleep Number beds, as well as providing technical support to customers over the phone. To be successful in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills, experience with electrical and mechanical repair, excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. You should also have an attention to detail and be comfortable working with a variety of tools and technology. Additionally, a technical diploma or certification in electronics is preferred.
