Sleep Number is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues, and helping customers find the best solutions.The successful candidate must possess a minimum of one year of customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
