  1. Develop and create high-quality CAD designs for retail store spaces that align with the brand's image and aesthetic.
  2. Collaborate with the store design team to understand project requirements and incorporate design elements that meet functional and aesthetic needs.
  3. Utilize design software and tools to produce detailed and accurate 2D and 3D renderings of store layouts, fixtures, and displays.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the design process and deliver innovative and visually appealing store designs.
  5. Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure timely completion of design projects within given deadlines.
  7. Conduct on-site visits to evaluate existing store layouts and recommend design improvements.
  8. Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure the timely procurement and installation of design elements.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all design projects.
  10. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure consistency and alignment between store design and product presentation.
  11. Adhere to company standards and guidelines for design quality, safety, and budget.
  12. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for store design improvements.
  13. Continuously seek feedback and incorporate suggestions to enhance design processes and outcomes.
  14. Support the brand's values and mission by promoting innovation, creativity, and excellence in store design.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Cad Software: The Store Cad Designer Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Autocad Or Sketchup, To Create Detailed Store Layouts And 3D Models.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Design Principles: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Retail Design Principles, Including Store Layout, Product Placement, And Customer Flow, To Create Visually Appealing And Functional Store Designs.

  • Experience With Architectural And Construction Drawings: The Store Cad Designer Should Be Familiar With Architectural And Construction Drawings, As They Will Be Responsible For Creating Accurate Floor Plans, Elevations, And Construction Details For Store Layouts.

  • Strong Attention To Detail: Precision And Accuracy Are Essential In This Role, As The Store Cad Designer Will Be Responsible For Creating Detailed And Error-Free Store Layouts And Construction Drawings.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Store Cad Designer Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Architects, Engineers, And Visual Merchandising Teams, To Ensure That Store Designs Meet Brand Standards And Functional Requirements.
