
Stockroom Associate

- Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and organization in the stockroom.
- Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom by restocking shelves and keeping track of inventory levels.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure timely restocking of shelves and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Inspect and report any damaged or defective merchandise to management.
- Use inventory management systems to accurately track and record stock levels and assist with regular inventory audits.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and labeled for easy identification and retrieval.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the stockroom, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with customer service duties, such as answering questions and locating products, when needed.
- Proactively identify and report any stockroom or inventory issues to management.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed productivity and efficiency goals set by management.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including compliance with merchandising and visual standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success and create a positive work environment.
- Always maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills
Familiarity With Inventory Management Systems And Basic Computer Skills.
