Stockroom Associate

1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom to ensure efficient and safe storage of merchandise.
2. Receive, unpack, and process new shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely restocking of items on the sales floor.
3. Follow company procedures for inventory management, including labeling, tagging, and recording of merchandise.
4. Communicate with sales associates and management to ensure proper stocking levels and timely replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
5. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory audits as needed.
6. Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and labeled according to company standards.
7. Assist with customer service by locating and retrieving merchandise for sales associates and customers.
8. Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming merchandise to assist with efficient organization of stockroom and quick retrieval of items.
9. Help implement and maintain loss prevention procedures to prevent theft and loss of merchandise.
10. Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring proper organization and presentation of merchandise in the stockroom.
11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.
13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Skechers brand and maintain a positive attitude when representing the company.
14. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and merchandise.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
