- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to expand the reach and visibility of the Skechers USA brand.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, including retailers, distributors, and other companies in the fashion and footwear industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partnership opportunities and develop innovative strategies to drive growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring that all parties are aligned and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring that all parties are satisfied and objectives are being met.
- Monitor and track partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities for partnerships.
- Represent Skechers USA at industry events and conferences to network and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in developing and executing partnership strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotions with partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Strategic Partnerships Or Business Development Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Footwear Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Landscape And Current Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Securing Strategic Partnerships That Drive Business Growth.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Establish And Maintain Strong Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
