  • Lead and manage the Processing Fulfillment team to ensure efficient and timely processing of customer orders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and productivity of the Processing Fulfillment team
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for efficient and cost-effective fulfillment solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fulfillment operations to drive innovation and stay ahead of competition
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to encourage growth and development
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Fulfillment Operations: A Senior Manager At Skechers Usa Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing And Optimizing Fulfillment Operations. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Inventory Management, And Warehouse Operations.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Require Leading And Motivating A Team Of Managers And Associates. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Foster A Positive Team Culture.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Strategies To Improve Efficiency And Productivity Within The Processing Fulfillment Department. The Senior Manager Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships And Drive Cross-Functional Initiatives.

  • Knowledge Of Technology And Automation In Fulfillment: With The Increasing Use Of Technology In Fulfillment, The Senior Manager Should Have A Good Understanding Of Warehouse Management Systems, Automation, And Data Analytics. This Will Enable Them To Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement And Leverage Technology To Optimize Performance.
