  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, sales, and customer service.

  3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of customer service.

  7. Manage and maintain store inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and conducting regular inventory audits.
  8. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  12. Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  14. Represent the brand and act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and mission.
