Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Footwear Or Apparel Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Coach A Team To Achieve Sales Goals.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Create A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Proficient In Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Forecasting.
