If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Skechers is seeking a Retail Product Specialist for our Great Lakes Crossing location on a seasonal basis. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, energetic, and have a strong knowledge of fashion trends. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  2. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to effectively communicate this information to customers.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish a loyal customer base.
  4. Drive sales by promoting and upselling products to customers.
  5. Ensure the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.
  6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and make product recommendations.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador by representing the Skechers brand and promoting its values and mission.
  8. Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  9. Keep up to date with current promotions, sales, and events to effectively communicate these to customers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory management.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions to management.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  13. Complete all necessary training and development programs to stay informed on product knowledge and company policies.
  14. Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
