Skechers is seeking a Retail Product Specialist to join our team at Barton Creek Mall.   1. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and the latest footwear styles in order to effectively assist customers and make product recommendations.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product line, including features, benefits, and materials, to accurately educate customers and make sales.
  4. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and sales promotions to customers.
  5. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail space.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  7. Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image.
  8. Collaborate with the store team to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed of any changes or updates to products.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, inventory management, loss prevention, and cash handling procedures.
  13. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating any needs or concerns to management.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  15. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
