  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to provide personalized product recommendations.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Skechers products, features, and benefits to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings.
  5. Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are well-organized and stocked at all times.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and replenishing stock as needed.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  11. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
