  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their footwear and apparel needs.
  2. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of Skechers products and brand image.
  3. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and use this knowledge to make personalized recommendations to customers.
  5. Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and provide a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador by wearing and promoting Skechers products both in and out of the workplace.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  8. Continuously educate yourself on product features and benefits to effectively communicate them to customers.
  9. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
  11. Ensure visual merchandising and displays are attractive and effectively showcase Skechers products.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure workplace.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
