  4. Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and promote brand loyalty.
  5. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards all customers, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  6. Be knowledgeable about all Skechers products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  7. Assist in keeping the store organized and well-stocked by maintaining visual displays and restocking inventory.
  8. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  9. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Work efficiently and effectively to maintain a high level of productivity on the sales floor.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  13. Stay updated on new product releases and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
