Job Description

As a Retail Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and driving sales. We are looking for individuals who are driven, knowledgeable about the retail industry, and have a strong understanding of our brand.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is positive.
  2. Educate customers on Skechers products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
  3. Drive sales by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of the Skechers brand and its values, and effectively communicate this to customers.
  5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new releases and promotions, to accurately inform customers.
  6. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and targets.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Skechers, representing the brand in a positive and professional manner.
  14. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
